Custom Stand - Under Pressure

Being the absolute geek for JoJo that I am, I finally decided to draw up my own custom stand! I did my best to consider what my stand would actually be like if I had one, so this thing shouldn't be all that OP.

Stand Name: Under Pressure

Stand User: CaT

Under Pressure is a turret-like stand designed to be placed in a single area without moving around too much. It acts like a radio tower of sorts, broadcasting a single command decided by the Stand user. While the Stand's special ability is active, anyone within 20 meters of the Stand will begin to feel a strange pressure to perform a given command, even if they normally wouldn't. Within 10 meters of the Stand, this pressure will increase significantly, and within 5 meters of the Stand, the pressure is so great that it essentially places the target in full control of the Stand user.

Under Pressure is heavily armored, making it almost impossible to destroy. When this Stand is fully deployed, the armor weighs it down significantly, making it difficult to move involuntarily. Unfortunately, this slows the Stand's intentional movements down quite a bit as well, making its movement speed max out at an underwhelming 2 miles an hour. The only real offensive capability this Stand has is trampling its target with its sharp, heavy legs, assuming the target doesn't simply step outside of the Stand's control range.

The top half of Under Pressure's body can swivel around freely to see in any direction, making this Stand even more difficult to sneak up on. This Stand is unique in that, once deployed, it cannot be recalled and its command cannot be modified unless the user is within range, making it important to consider the strategic positioning of the Stand whenever it's deployed. If the user dies while the Stand is active, the Stand will remain active, compelling those within its range to perform the last command issued by its user.

Under Pressure displays no significant signs of sentience or personality, but will automatically summon itself if its user feels significantly threatened, placing itself between the user and their attacker to act as a shield of sorts. Whether this indicates some sign of independent thought or is simply the effect of the user subconsciously trying to protect himself is unknown.

This Stand's primary weakness in regards to its main ability is that it cannot broadcast directly malicious commands, such as pressuring people to commit harm to themselves or others. This can potentially be worked around via more creative command usage, such as telling someone to go on a walk during a flood, but this workaround generally requires very specific circumstances to be useful.

In addition, this Stand's potential is somewhat diminished by the ultimate goal of its user, who simply isn't a huge fan of people. As such, the command most often issued by this Stand is generally along the lines of "leave the user alone" or "wearing earphones is not a signal that someone wants to begin a lengthy conversation dammit".
